Another Step Forward Campaign

🐎 Another Step Forward: The Covered Arena CampaignPresented by The Adaptive Riding Program, Inc.
At The Adaptive Riding Program, Inc. every stride taken—whether on the ground or in the saddle—represents courage, growth, and healing. Our mission is to make adaptive horsemanship and riding accessible, safe, and empowering for individuals of all abilities. Now, we’re taking another step forward—and we need your help.
We are launching a capital campaign to fund the construction of a covered arena: a vital addition that will provide a safe, all-weather environment where our clients and equine partners can thrive. This arena will serve as a foundational space for skill-building, therapy, education, and connection—shielded from Florida’s unpredictable elements, from intense sun to heavy rain.

Another Step Forward About the Space

This image shows the current area available for the Another Step Forward: The Covered Arena Campaign. Located on the JSPH Farm, this space is presently used for a round pen and hot walker. In a generous act of support, JSPH is donating this area to The Adaptive Riding Program, Inc. making it possible for the program to have a dedicated home for Adaptive Horsemanship and Adaptive Riding lessons. Transforming this space into a covered arena will allow us to provide a safe, structured, and inclusive environment where riders of all abilities can grow, learn, and thrive—rain or shine.
More than just a structure, this covered arena represents:
Safety: Offering protection from the elements for our clients, many of whom have medical conditions that make weather exposure risky.
Stability: Creating consistent opportunities for learning and therapeutic progress, without weather interruptions.
Growth: Expanding the reach and impact of our program, allowing us to serve more individuals, families, and communities.
Wellbeing: Supporting the physical and emotional needs of both riders and our incredible equine partners.
With your support, we can build a space that fosters confidence, independence, joy, and community—one step, one stride, one ride at a time.
Join us in building the future of adaptive riding. Together, we’ll take Another Step Forward.
