We believe anyone who wants to ride should have a safe place to do so. That’s why we offer a variety of horse lesson and leasing options to help anyone learn, regardless of age or skill level.

Lessons

J & S Performance Horses offers expert horse lessons, based on true horsemanship, in all areas of English and Western riding. We are happy to work with riders of any age, beginning as young as 2, and all skill levels. Whether you’re a hobby rider, just getting started, or a seasoned competitor, we have classes that will help you excel. Once our riders master the basics, they move into specialized training in skills including Hunter Jumper, Ranch, and more.
At J & S, our staff remains up-to-date on the latest training and therapy techniques, and train weekly to hone their skills, keep up with industry best practices and develop new educational programs. Private and group lessons are available, with easy scheduling, payment options and Working Student programs to ensure everyone who wants to can ride.

Tiny Tots

As one of the few farms in the area that host Tiny Tots, this program is one of our specialities. Tiny Tots specifically caters to those 2 to 6 years old who already have a love for horses and are just waiting for their legs to grow! We have a special group of instructors and horses that keep these 30 minute lessons fun! Parents are encouraged to join in as well, especially during our Tiny Tot camps in the summer.
